Tresses in the Hills by Whitney Tucked away in the hills of Walden, Vermont, Tresses in the Hills is my private, appointment-only home salon—a peaceful place to slow down, relax, and enjoy a little time for yourself. I’ve been behind the chair since 2012 and specialize in custom color, dimensional blonding, lived-in color, and personalized haircare. I proudly carry Innersense Organic Beauty and FarmHouse Fresh, along with thoughtfully selected professional products. Tresses in the Hills is a gratuity-free salon. My pricing reflects my time, experience, products, and the care that goes into your appointment. No gratuity is expected or necessary—you are my guest. Beautiful hair. Thoughtful care. A little retreat in the hills. Service Experience Every appointment begins with a conversation about your hair, lifestyle, and goals so we can create something that works for you. Color pricing is based on collarbone-length hair of average density. Additional time or product may be needed for longer or denser hair and will be discussed when applicable. Highlighting services include the toner/gloss, root smudge when needed, conditioning treatment,blowout, and finishing style needed to complete your service. Haircuts include my signature essential-oil scalp massage, and appointments are intentionally scheduled so your time with me never feels rushed. CANCELLATION POLICY
Client Intake Agreement By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following: Appointments & Payment A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment. Cancellation Policy A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service(s). No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s). Arrival Time Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow for a seamless experience. Arrivals over 15 minutes late may require rescheduling and will be subject to a fee. Service Acknowledgment You confirm that you have read, understand, and accept the service description associated with your selected appointment, including the nature of the service, expectations, and any applicable guidelines. Emergency Consideration In the event of a genuine emergency, fees may be waived at our discretion. This courtesy is extended with transparency and mutual respect. Acknowledgment By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you have read, comprehend, and agree to this Intake Agreement and all associated policies.
