Cancellation Policy

Booking My foremost priority is to provide you with the highest quality care, and I genuinely appreciate your choice to spend your valuable time with me. To ensure a smooth experience, I have implemented a cancellation policy and would greatly appreciate your cooperation. To secure your appointment, a credit card must be placed on file, along with a $10 deposit to verify its validity. This deposit will subsequently be deducted from your session charges. Cancellations If you need to change your plans, please don't hesitate to contact us! Simply call or send a text at least 24 hours prior to your appointment, and your deposit will be applied to your next visit. However, if you notify us with less than a day's notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled services may apply. Additionally, no-shows will incur a charge equal to 100% of the scheduled services. Arrivals We have allocated dedicated time for your appointment; therefore, we kindly request that you arrive 5 to 10 minutes early. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule, and a fee will apply. Your punctuality for future appointments is greatly appreciated. Emergency Situations In genuine emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, waiving cancellation or no-show fees transcends policy; it serves as a gesture of understanding, conveying, “We empathize with your situation.” Transparency and honesty are vital in these interactions.
