Service Experience Appointments begin with a comprehensive consultation to understand your hair history, lifestyle, and long-term goals. From there, services are customized to enhance your natural beauty while ensuring results feel effortless, modern, and sustainable between visits. Color services are based on shoulder- to collar-length hair. Adjustments may be made for length, density, or desired complexity and will always be discussed during your consultation. All highlighting services include a customized toner and either a deep conditioning treatment or Olaplex to support the health, strength, and longevity of your hair—maintaining integrity is always my highest priority. All haircut services include a signature scalp massage using essential oils. This ritual is designed to gently cleanse the scalp, promote circulation to the hair follicles, and offer a moment of relaxation as part of your elevated salon experience.

Client Intake Agreement By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following: Appointments & Payment A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment. Cancellation Policy A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service(s). No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s). Arrival Time Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow for a seamless experience. Arrivals over 15 minutes late may require rescheduling and will be subject to a fee. Service Acknowledgment You confirm that you have read, understand, and accept the service description associated with your selected appointment, including the nature of the service, expectations, and any applicable guidelines. Emergency Consideration In the event of a genuine emergency, fees may be waived at our discretion. This courtesy is extended with transparency and mutual respect.
